Hello dear community,
I have the following problem:
A friend's website, which was originally hosted by a German hosting provider, has been completely renewed by a person.
This person has probably taken steps to move the domain name to the Google Cloud Platform via DNS routing.
Now we no longer have access to the website, which requires further changes. There are also some features down that need to be fixed.
I don't have the login email address for the Cloud Platform or the contact details of the person in question. We only know the domain name and my friend can prove that he is the person/company named in the legal notice.
What could be done in such a case to stop the DNS routing so that we can at least use the domain name?
Who can we turn to in such cases?
I hope for your help and can of course provide further information.
Best regards,
Kajoshin37
