I’m Emmanuel Katto, facing a frustrating issue where I’m unable to set up my billing account, and the system requires a billing account to get support. So, I’m stuck in a loop and can't get assistance. Has anyone faced a similar problem or found a way to resolve this? Any advice or workaround to either get the billing account set up or access support would be really helpful. Appreciate any suggestions you may have!

I understand how frustrating not being able to sign up for a billing account. Have you tried checking this documentation and see if your payment method is supported? To contact Cloud Billing Support, you may use the contact troubleshooter to find an alternative contact option
