Error creating a billing account

Hi everyone ,

I have an app that use firebase as third party so  my app got crashed because of firebase reads limits when i want to to upgrade my firebase/Google cloud i have a problem with creating a billing account I tried to many credit cards and google accounts but no way.

does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Here are the Payment methods you can add to your Google payments profile:

The payment options for your Google Cloud Billing account are determined by your location and currency you use. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or directly from your bank account. 

If credit cards are consistently failing, check if Google Cloud supports bank transfers in your region. You may check the Payment types that might not work in this documentation.
