Hello, good morning, I need help because when it comes to configuring my default bucket in Firebase, it lets me do all the normal steps but then I get an unknown error message, and that's why it doesn't let me continue progressing to be able to do the work I have, I try to put another Google account and it doesn't leave me alone, I get a message that I can't update my Billing account and it tells me to go to my Google cloud to see the problem, but I check it and I don't get any, no I know what I could do in this case and if you could help me, thank you

One of the possible reasons for this error could be related to your payment method. Make sure it supports automatic recurring payments and doesn’t need two-factor authentication for online transactions. If you're in India, the error could be due to problems with the 3D Secure verification service. You can also check this documentation for more info.
