Frustrating: Reached project quota even though I have no projects [new account]

Hi

I just created a google cloud account. It said I have $300 credits to spend in 3 months.

Now every page I try to open says select a project or create one. When I try to create a project, it says you have reached your quota!! I have 0 projects

So I got frustrated after trying many times and activated billing to pay for it. Still I can't create a project. Unbelievable 

I didn't expect Google to be buggy like this. Please any help is appreciated.

Your question lacks information and you should have added details such as a screenshot of the error or what were the recent changes you did on your project. 

I suggest you to contact GCP's Sales team but make sure to follow the steps below :

1. Click the link.
2. Click I want to talk to Sales.
3. Click “Go to contact form” and then fill out the form or click “Chat online”.
