Used a visa infinite credit card  that enables e-Mandtate automatically and deducts 2 inr as verification But  showing same issue This action couldn't be completed. Try again later. [OR_BACR2_34]   . i cant understand why its showing so ? 

note:- New to gcp 

Already a google one member using same card.
