GCP Free Trial payment error "OR_BACR2_34"

I'm from India and I'm using HDFC Visa Debit card. Every time I'm trying to activate the $300 free credit option, I'm getting charged inr 2 , but, I'm not getting the free credit due to the error "OR_BACR2_34". Is there any way to solve this?

Also, I can see another option of netbanking as well. I can opt for this option as well but this is also not working.
Please help me!

Also getting [OR_BACR2_34] using two different debit card. 

To be fair looking at this thread it does not encourage you to use the google cloud at all. 

If  a simple billing issue gets dragged for days/weeks, one can wonder if a production issue would be handled better.

for what is worth, I couldn't complete it on my MacBook, but was successful with my android phone...

Getting the same issue.  This action couldn’t be completed. [OR_BACR2_44]. For every try they cut 2 rupees from your bank and they don't even refund it. At least give me the account or give me my money back. Google has become a shithole recently.

I am facing the same problem, even tried another google account and a whole other billing information and credit card, and still having [OR_BACR2_34], as a matter of fact [OR_BACR2_44]
