I am using Google login for our service. Applied using gsi.

However, since about two weeks ago, I have been receiving frequent calls from customers telling me that they cannot sign up for new membership.

Fortuately, the user was provided with an account for testing, and as a result of the test, the following error was provided and no additional information was provided.

When I checked the console of the Google login window,

[GSI_LOGGER]: Parameter approval_state is not set correctly.

An error appears.

This occurs sporadically, and after checking the users who reported it, only accounts created through Workspace for Education are experiencing the issue.There were no changes to our source code, but I would like to know what to do and what the problem is.
