i tried to create goggle cloud account and get the free $300 credit for a project i'am working on. However i have been getting this error message whenever i enter my card details.

error message:

This action couldn't be completed. Try again later.[OR-CBAT-15]

We weren't able to establish your payments profile. To finish setting up your free trial, get help from our Support team.

pls, i need help to get this resolve this error message. how do i go about it?

 Use your credit card, the same issue happened to me as well, the first check Is “TWO STEP VERIFICATION” for your email id which you sign up for google cloud is enabled, if not enable it, Next try to create a new billing account, sure it will work!

I am using my credit card and I have 2FA enable in my google account but still the issue is there.

I have tried reaching out to billing support but all I get is endless loop of useless documentation.

I haven't been able to get any help from the support just useless documentation on a error I think is on their side.

Could you please offer an alternative?
