Help understand Google Colab for enteprise costs

I set up a Colab based on Nvidia Tesla L4 for the first time. I ran my experiment which took 10-20 minutes. Then suddenly today I saw that I have been charged 10 GBP for my 10 minutes experiment. 

I dont understand this breakdown. For starters what is Core Hours for GPU and CPU?
