How to Enable the Google Ad Manager Video API

I’m not entirely sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but if there is a more appropriate forum, please kindly direct me there.

Here’s the issue I’m encountering:

I attempted to use the Ad Manager Video API following the guide here: Google Ad Manager Video API Documentation, but I received a 403 error. The API response included the message:

• “Google Ad Manager Video API has not been used in project XXXXX before or it is disabled. Enable it by visiting https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/admanagervideo.googleapis.com/overview?project=XXXXXX then retry. If you enabled this API recently, wait a few minutes for the action to propagate to our systems and retry.”

The problem is that I cannot find the Ad Manager Video API in the Google API library—only the Ad Manager API is available. I reached out to the Ad Manager API forum, but they informed me that the Ad Manager Video API is not within their support scope: Ad Manager API Forum Response.

I’m eager to resolve this issue and would greatly appreciate any guidance or support on how to proceed. Who might be able to assist me with this? Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

I am having the same issue. I need this due to guidance to leverage it for bulk updates for video content for GAM.
