How to cancel a domain in

Hi all,

 

desperate to cancel a domain we own but it doesn’t want to cancel and I just get sent in a loop.

 

It’s been en expensive error and now my web guy has transferred the ownership of this domain to another client, but I’m still paying and I’m basically lost and frustrated!

 

any hints, tips, YouTube help so appreciated
