How do I create an Organization ID for my resell client after creating Billing account for them in Partner Sales Console (PSC)?
1. Created new subaccount and resell client in PSC
2. Would like to create a project for them under their own org id not my resell partner org.
I am thinking its something with resource hierarchy?
Any help is appreciated!

So - the basic steps are:

Hey, hey, here is a checklist I use:
Step 1: Create the Organization for the Resell Client
Ensure Billing Account is Setup: Confirm that you have successfully created a billing account for your resell client.
Invite Customer to Google Cloud: Your client must be invited to Google Cloud and accept the invitation. This typically involves sending an invitation email through the Google Cloud Console (from the org)
Step 2: Use the Google Cloud Resource Manager to Create the Organization
Setup Your Environment: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to create an organization. You typically need the resourcemanager.organizationAdmin role.
Access the Google Cloud Console: Go to the Google Cloud Console.
Create the Organization:
Go to the Resource Manager.
Click on "Create Organization".
Follow the prompts to set up the organization.
Step 3: Create a Project under the Client's Organization
Navigate to the Resource Manager: In the Google Cloud Console, navigate to the Resource Manager again.
Select the Organization: Ensure you have selected the correct organization (your client’s newly created organization).
Create the Project:
Click on "Create Project".
Enter the project name, and select the organization and location.
Set up billing for the new project using the client's billing account.
Step 4: Assign Roles and Permissions
Set Permissions: Assign the appropriate roles and permissions to the client's organization and projects to ensure they have the access they need.
