How to create bucket

I'm a new GCP user. I want to Create Bucket, but I don't have a button to create. What must I do? I have linked my debit card and my role is owner Thank you.gcp-issue.png

Did you selected a billing project? (as it is asking you to do so in the screenshot?).

Based on the screenshot, you have to get back to list of buckets. Or in other words go to Cloud Storage main page and at the top you should be able to see create button. 

If you are not able to see that please share a screenshot.

the screenshot on my post isn't Cloud Storage main page ? i access this page from Navigation menu > Cloud Strorage > Buckets or if you have url of list of buckets please tell me
