How to join the allowlist for uploading JSON files to Datastores

Hello,

I was wondering how to join the allowlist for uploading JSON files to Data stores, since it is currently a private feature. I've read a few pieces of information about company requirements, however I am only 16 years old and therefore not affiliated to any organisation. Is it still possible to join the allowlist? 

I've searched the official Google Documentation, such as the link below, but couldn’t find any clear information on how to apply. I’ve also tried looking for contact options but most phone numbers are focused on Sales or billing; there does not seem to be any way of contacting a GCP team for specific personal issues. The only solutions I have found are either emailing the Google Headquarters in California or my city (which I plan on doing) or signing up to a Customer Care package (which I would prefer avoiding).
