I am getting this error - An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. [OR-BSBBF-53] when i am trying to set up billing profile for google cloud. Help me it is urgent.

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

Make sure that you provided a credit card or other payment method in setting up your Cloud Billing account and verify your identity. It also shows the supported payment methods.

I also suggest that you contact Cloud Billing Support to help you with your issue. All Google Cloud accounts get free billing and payments support. Hope it helps, thank you!
