Maps API - Free Tier Usage Cost Issue

Good day,

I recently received a notification on my organization's account in Google Cloud Console: "You are now incurring charges in your billing account My Billing Account, as of March 14, 2025."
Following this notification, all usage cost for the Maps API service was incurred outside the free tier.
Did we receive this notification because we had already surpassed the free tier limits for March? That doesn't seem likely since March's traffic for "All Google Maps Platform APIs" is similar to previous months'.

Additionally, I was not able to find usage cost information from the reports under Cost Management for the period March 1st to March 13th.
