Move Committed Use Discount from one project to another

If I have Committed Use Discounts (CUDs) across multiple projects, can I move/combine them within a single project (Manually or through support)?

Hello @Steve_O ,

As it seems that it is not possible to move CUDs from one project to another. 

Compute Engine maintains a lien on your project for each region in your project where you purchase a commitment.
