Move project to a non-organization

Hello,
Today I don't have the standard plan but I wanted to transfer projects from one organization to a non-organization and then transfer them to another. Can I do this somehow via gcloud or the console?
I already have the permissions to move and create projects and I am the owner.

Hello  @WalterSenaMota ,Welcome on Google Cloud Community.

You can move your project from Org to Non-Org, but you need support and business justification to do that. 
"If you have a project that is associated with your organization resource and you want to revert it to No organization, reach out to your Support representative for assistance."
