My Google Cloud project has been suspended, I have already filed an appeal, so please review

Under the zumu-teknoloji project, two servers named zumu-cpanel (open for 1 year) and zumu-co (established on 12.12.24) are installed.

I opened the project on the zumu-co server by tunneling with Cloudflared Zero trust. zumu-co is established in Finland. We installed it here because we applied to the Finland Startup program. However, Cloudflared detected the container as Google crypto mining. and closed the server. I reset the server again and installed it. When I installed Cloudflare again, they suspended the entire project.

In the objections and cases I opened with Google Cloud Support, they tell me to wait 2-3 business days, but I think they are not aware of the importance of the job. Although there was no violation on this zumu-cpanel server, everything from our websites to our mobile application to Google Workspace has been closed. The bad thing is that there is no backup of the server. There is even data from the UNDP organization on this server. They are our company's customers and we are currently unable to provide service. We are even worried about whether our server will ever open again.

Not only is there no backup of the data in the non-violated zumu-cpanel instance, but all servers in my project (including the non-violated ones) have been down for more than 26 hours. The data on the non-violated server is critical to the business. And in order to back it up, this server needs to be opened.
