My case is not yet resolved waiting from 24hrs regarding free trail Case id : #51378001

i written a case regarding my free trail account to my billing account. Mentioned after prepayment of rs 1000 my free credit should started in my billing account, it is not started yet , i kept a case #51378001 , the ronaldo told if you want free trail to this billing account tell me i can do so , i replied to the email , it 24 hrs happened i not got any reply to my email , still free credits not got my billing account. please resolve this queryScreenshot 2024-05-27 at 12.50.38 PM.pngScreenshot 2024-05-27 at 12.50.58 PM.png
