My theme is changed in gcp website. how to change it back to normal?

It's been few weeks, my theme in GCP is changed into this:

i want to change it back to normal like this:

can someone help me where's the setting? thank you before.

Hi @Codespade, thanks for joining the community. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with changing the theme for the Google Cloud Console homepage. 

At the moment, there is no way to update the theme. You can track and upvote an open feature request that would give the ability to change the top bar color on Google Cloud Console. I wish I had a better answer for you.
