Oauth verification status stuck in limbo. Please, help

My verification has been stuck in limbo for 6 months. All the steps have been completed, just no followup from Google after 6 months of waiting and this is still all I see:

The Trust and Safety team has received your form. They will reach out to you via your contact email if needed. The review process can take up to 4-6 weeks. Expect the first email from our Trust and Safety team within 3-5 days. Your last approved consent screen is still in use.

I don't have a paid support plan and can find absolutely no way of getting in touch with the Google team responsible for this. How can such torture be legal?

I understand your frustration about the delay in your Verification process. It's unfortunate that things haven't progressed as quickly as expected.
Unfortunately, without access to Google's internal support resources, We will not be able to pinpoint the exact cause of the delay nor can we do anything.

Jan, I appreciate getting an official response. Is there no one internally who you can elevate my issue to in order to get this resolved? Or a contact you can put me in touch with who can address it? At this point, it's more than a slight delay of a few days. It was communicated as being a 5-day approval process and it's been 6.5 months or about 30x longer. I can only assume it's been abandoned or forgotten at this point. It's affecting a critical conversion % for us, so if this is never going to be approved, we'll likely have to pull Google auth altogether.
