PoS NFT dev project flagged as crypto mining with no response from appeal

We have recently tried GCP to test and develop NFT project but google flagged it as crypto mining. It's no denying the fact that we received notifications on violation of Terms but it's been in holiday season Christmas and New Year eve for which we couldn't take prevent measures. 

We were just in to testing of PoS NFT project for which google terms seems no problem when it comes to PoS but yet project got suspended and there is no response from the team even after several repeal. 

We unfortunately don't have backup of the project which put in to more than 3 months of work. It's really a loss making affair to deal with gcp to even try their infrastructure. We wish there was someone to help us with or talk to them at least but that you will expect least from big guys. We don't mind even paying more than what resources are being spent on this project but right now we are helpless. It's scary and helpless.
