Problem creating GCP free trial and got message of autopay INR 75k

Hi All,

Today (2024-10-05), I attempted to create a GCP free trial account twice, but both attempts failed due to the following error (Action unsuccessful - The action couldn't be completed. Try again later. [OR_BACR2_34]). In each attempt, ₹2 was deducted.

However, my major concern arose when I received a message stating that Auto-Pay has been activated on my XXXX debit card for Google Cloud from 05/10/2024 for ₹75,000.

Could you please assist me with this issue? Despite the account not being successfully set up, I received the message regarding autopay activation. I would appreciate your guidance on how to deactivate the autopay and address the setup issue.
