Progress Blocked in Gen AI Exchange Program Due to Incorrect Device Detection

Hi Team,

I'm currently enrolled in the Google Gen AI Exchange Program and working on the course "Build Real World AI Applications with Gemini and Imagen". I'm facing an issue while trying to view my progress or complete a lab task (specifically the "Challenge Lab" section).

Even though I am using a desktop computer, the platform is showing an error message:
"This content is not yet optimized for mobile devices. For the best experience, please visit us on a desktop computer using a link sent by email."

I’ve tried the following:

  • Using Google Chrome on Windows

  • Maximizing my browser window

  • Resetting zoom (Ctrl+0)

  • Refreshing and reopening the lab

But the issue still persists. Please let me know how to resolve this or if there’s a workaround to continue with the lab.
