Public Url Keeps Downloading File Instead of Simply Showing It

Apologies, if this is annoying or not allowed. I'm posting this to several forums on this community, hoping to get an answer.

I'm at a loss. I published a storyline file for the web and then uploaded the resulting folder to my google cloud storage so I could host it on my website. It worked fine. I found a typo, so I corrected it, saved it, and re-published the file. I deleted the old folder in my google cloud storage, and uploaded the new one.

But now, every time I try to launch the public url to the story.html file, it won't load. It just downloads the html file to my computer. If I click that html file, it opens to a blank page. But if I click on the same file on my desktop it loads fine. Can you give me any suggestions about what could be going wrong: here's the link: https://storage.googleapis.com/chakira-lane-elearning-portfolio/writing-effective-alt-text/story.htm...

UPDATE: So, I figured out that it was downloading and not showing because ALL of the files somehow uploaded as content type application/octet-stream for some reason. Don't know why or how; I literally just dragged and dropped the folder like I did before. So, I painstakingly changed the metadata in all 123 files. Now, it will launch in a new tab like it's supposed to, BUT there is is font issues. The actual font is not show and there is a error for all the "fs". So, still trying to work this out. ANY assistance would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE #2: I just created a new bucket and uploaded the updated folder there. Everything is working so far. I think MAYBE it might have to do with my versioning settings, but who knows.
