Refresh Token Validity Duration for Internal OAuth Consent Screen

Dear GCP team,

I recently created a new app and set the OAuth consent screen user type to "Internal" for internal purposes. As a Workspace user, I successfully obtained a refresh token using my account. My question is: how long does the refresh token remain valid when the OAuth consent screen user type is set to "Internal"?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

Thai

Hello,

By default, OAuth token for service accounts is valid for 1 hour, however you can extend this  up to 12 hours by adjusting organization "Policy for Allow extending lifetime of OAuth 2.0 access tokens to up to 12 hours"

Thank you @manjusullad for answering my question.

But I'm asking about "refresh token" not "access token". Could you pls check?

Thanks

Hi @ThaiNT , did you manage to get an answer ?

I switched the user type of my app to 'Internal' and the refresh token I received still expired a week after

hi @yandia , since I created my application, the refresh token remains valid. Everything working fine now.

Is your google account a Workspace user?
