Report a malicious domain hosted on Google Cloud

Is there a specific email or channel for me to report a malicious domain hosted on Google Cloud?

I have a question about how to report scam/phishing emails to Google.

I am NOT using Gmail.   Neither is the sender of the offending emails.   But I believe the sender is using some kind of Google service because a WHOIS query on the sender IP in the header   reveals that it's in a Google-owned IP address range.  ( I have 67 emails from the last 4 days, all with a sender IP of 209.85.221.41)     The abuse contact information in the WHOIS record is totally useless; it refers me to a Google support page that has reporting instructions that apply only to Gmail users.   The Google Cloud services abuse report page is also useless;   I get a response that says that the IP address is not hosted on Google Cloud.

Does Google provide any way to report this kind of stuff?
