Resource shortage issue in KSA

Hello,

This is more of a documentation for the community than an issue. We have been facing issues related to resource shortage in the KSA (Dammam - me-central2) datacenter for past two weeks, and we have been in touch with the support team ever since but with no resolution yet.

Some of the key points below:

- We checked our account quota for the resources, and we don't use 50% of the allowed computing quota.

- The support said they have a manual lock in place for the zone a (me-central2-a) which prevents any customer to create new resources, but existing resources should be fine.

- Our existing kubernetes cluster got affected and some critical services went down.

- There was no alerts or notification from GCP or CNTXT about any of the changes they make that can potentially affect us.

- After one week, the support says that they have disabled the lock but they themselves are having resource shortage issues internally and unable to identify or resolve it.

- After 2 weeks, they still says they will let us know if there is any updates after one more week. (still no promise of resolution or any timeframe.)

Obviously I'm writing this out of frustration on how poor GCP technical team is and how poor the support is. If you are planning to use GCP KSA services, please keep these potential issues in mind.
