I wanted to share my frustrating experience with adding a payment method on Google Cloud. For over a month now, I've been trying to add my card, but I keep encountering this error:

"This action couldn't be completed. Try again later. [OR_BACR2_34]"

What makes this even more confusing is that the same card worked perfectly when I used it to open my Google Play Console account. So, why isn't it working here on Google Cloud?

After doing some research, I found that a lot of users are facing the same issue. It seems like a widespread problem, yet there hasn't been any noticeable effort from Google to address it. This is disappointing, especially when so many developers rely on Google Cloud for their work.

I urge Google to take immediate action on this matter. If necessary, please have your development team investigate and resolve this issue. It's frustrating for users like me who are stuck in this endless loop without any clear resolution.

Google, please listen to your community. We're trying to use your services and support your ecosystem, but these unresolved issues are discouraging.
