Transitioning from Google Life Sciences API to Batch

Hey,

Recently set up cromwell on GCP for omic processing workflows following this architecture:

The architecture leverages the Google Life Sciences API which is going to be deprecated as of July, 2025.

Was wondering if anyone has any suggestions / resources of moving from this architecture to using GCP Batch for large scale data processing with cromwell and WDL. Thanks!
