Trying to Freelance with GCP

I am fresher, trying to freelance with "GCP(Google Cloud Platform) Machine Learning Engineering".

I have few questions. Can anybody please help me to connect with someone who do "GCP FREELANCING", Like please provide their Social Media handles where they talk about "GCP FREELANCING Guides/Tips/Tutorials" and such aspects ?

                             OR 

Can you explain me questions like :-

1.  Like when an "application developer" develops something, users can download it through "Google Play Store" so that users can use the application, so in "GCP ML" it's clear to me that how to develop and deploy a model/application for serving or predictions but I don't know "how will my client avail that application which I've prepared on GCP" ?
