Unable to add more package name & sha1 fingerprint combo

In the google cloud console APIs and services -> credentials section of a project, after creating a key, & selecting Android apps in Application restrictions & entering a package name & sha1 fingerprint,  I am unable to add additional package or same package with different SHA1 earlier it was possible, this is essential because the SHA1 of release APK & the APK uploaded to Play Store in AAB format with App Signing is different.
