I am trying to create API keys but cannot. After 8 hours of chat support - both AI and live agent, they can't figure it out either. They told me to open a ticket. The plan we have doesn't include support. When I try to select a support plan, it says I'm not eligible. I have tried billing chat. completed a contact us form, etc., and I still don't know how to purchase a support plan.
If someone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

The issue is that when I try to create the keys it tells me the feature is disabled due to policy. We can't seem to disable that policy. Right now the plan doesn't include support.. the "free" version. I need the next level up, so I can open a support ticket to figure out how to remove this policy.
