Unable to start free trail

When I tried to sign up for the free trial, I received this error. Additionally, each time I try, I deduct Rs. 2, but the free trail is not activated.

The ₹2 charge is a pending authorization request between our billing system and the bank that issued your credit or debit card. These are authorization requests only, not actual charges.

The error[OR_BACR2_34] generally happens in the following scenarios:

• You’re using a debit card with two-factor authentication enabled
• Your Google Payments profile is inactive or does not have a supported payment method

Note: If you're trying to use Google Cloud with an Indian debit or credit card, your card might be rejected due to issues with 3D Secure verification service. You may also need to verify your identity as required by Indian cybersecurity regulations.

For your reference, you can follow these steps to help address the issue:

• Add or update your payment methods
• Contact Cloud Billing support
