change project owner &change billing owner

Hello. I have several projects and a billing account associated with my gmail.com account, which uses these three projects. Now I have an urgent need to migrate these projects along with the billing account to an organization account. Could you please advise on how feasible this is, and if so, how to do it correctly?

This is not entirely suitable, because along with the projects I need to transfer the billing account itself. The question regarding the billing account transfer is related to the fact that it has been confirmed and I would like to avoid repeated fuss with documents
