google admin issues

I am overwelmed with my current google accounts and would like to coordinate or integrate my business with my personal google gmail.  I have a website with domain and would like to sign up for google workspace but I am unable to verify my domain per the google form because I do not understand how to complete the verification process.  I get this mwssage - 

Google Workspace Error Message: "You already have a Google Workspace business email account. You can manage it from the Google Admin Console"

I cannot access google admin console because I do not know if I have an admin to begin with.  Please help because It is my hope to integrate my entire google experiences but if possible.  thank you.

This error message means you already have a business email set up for your domain with Google Workspace. If you remember creating a Google Workspace account, access the Google Admin Console. Here is the link for the instructions on how to login to the Google Admin Console. It also includes steps on what to do if you're unable to log in. 

If you don't remember creating a Workspace account then there are two possibilities:

• Someone else in your organization might have set it up. Try contacting them to see if they can provide you with login information for the Admin Console.
• Your domain might have been previously used with Workspace and the account wasn't deactivated. In this case, you'll need to contact Google Workspace support for help. They can assist you in regaining access or deactivating the old account if needed.

Thank you for the outreach.  Having tried every recommendation multiple times my google workspace gmail account still does not receive emails from any source including outlook and gmail.  I asume you are going to route me to the same resources that my other efforts have been directed to but if by chance you are a real person please feel free to offer anything you feel I may have overlooked. Tom
