Hello,
So this is about February 2022, my card added for cloud account billing got expired and i missed the emails sent by google for its renewal
Due to the same, all services in my account were stopped by google.
I got the billing part sorted and added the card again.
My oauth api still dosn't work, the support department says that the billing part of my account is all ok but they cant offer tech support to me since i have basic level plan.
It is not that the forbidden error is because of file permissions as no one has touched the stuff from like an year or so and it used to work before the card expired. I have tried making a new project and using a new oAuth credentials and they give the same error
My web application that was in production dosnt work now 😞

Unfortunately, I'm not able to see the error.
1) Have you gone through the verification procedures?
2) When you open in the Cloud Console APIs & Services > OAuth consent screen, is there any pending action? you need to respond to any pending action.
3) Also, make sure you follow all the emails you receive from the Google team (Trust & Safety team). Check your spam inbox.
