website is hosted by google cloud platform is down and offline for a week

my website www.zenelementsoflife.com

last monday after i did a post, it said it has ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT and it stayed offline for one and a half week now.  i absolutely cannot find someone who can help me.  I talked to wordpress, it has it has something to do with the web hosting, which is GCP and i cannot find a technical support on the gcp site.  it said it stayed offline and no one can connect to it.

Can someone please help me?

Hi @karenkayden,

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

Try to SSH to your instance and then check the logs for any errors. Check also if the public (external) IP address for the instance changed, if so, you'd have to update your DNS resource records to use the new one.  Once done, you'd have to wait for a day or more for the DNS cache refresh.

You can seek assistance from Google Cloud Support with the provided link, they can provide more specific guidance based on your configuration and setup.
