Analytics Difference in Site kit and Google Analytics

Hi Guys, 

i am running a live sports matches streaming website (URL Removed by Staff) I am facing one problem that when i see analytics from google analytics the average session duration is 17s while in wordpress site kit plygin the duration is over 1.5 min.

How could this much difference be created and which one should i trust more?

The methodologies of computation are different.

Google Analytics is:
The GA4 average session duration is the total duration of all engaged sessions (in seconds) divided by the number of sessions. 

Now contact your wordpress plugin developer for methodology and you shhould be able to understand why metrics are different.
