Are Google's Categories in its Google Trends Report Available to the Public?

Hello, 

I am interested in the top 25 "Rising" search queries in the UK for the "Food & Drink" category, as displayed in the Google Trends website. This data exists because "Food & Drink" is available within the "Categories" filter in the report. The closest I can get to is using the table:

`bigquery-public-data.google_trends.international_top_rising_terms`

which is available to the public, but does not contain the categories the query terms have been bucketed into, meaning I cannot filter to "Food & Drink" specifically.  

Are the categories that google buckets search queries into available to the public, so that I can look at just the "Food & Drink" rising query terms in UK specifically?
