Assistance Needed with Google My Business API Connection for Restaurant Data Management

Hello everyone,

My name is Felipe, and I am the owner of Orion BI, a company specializing in Business Intelligence. We have a client who owns multiple restaurants, and we are trying to integrate the Google My Business API to collect review data and other valuable insights.

Despite believing that we meet all the necessary requirements for API access, our application was denied, citing that we do not meet the minimum criteria. We manage location data for our clients and offer a range of analysis and multi-location management functionalities, in line with the API guidelines.

I would appreciate it if anyone in the community who has faced a similar situation could provide guidance on how to ensure API access. Any advice on specific documentation or justifications required by Google would be extremely helpful.
