Big Query UseStorageAPI returning 404 not found error randomly

When using "UseStorageAPI=true" in Big Query API, it is returning "404 not found" and "Unable to parse contents of error response" error sometimes. This is very intermittent (say 2 times out of 5 times) and I am unable to track the error. I am facing this issue only recently (From Nov 1, 2021). Please help me to resolve this issue.
