BigQuery Slot allocation Levels

What are the different levels BigQuery Slot allocation is possible. Is it possible, like Query level, user level, time level, etc...

Can I get the documentation for the same as well.

Slots, like other BigQuery resources are organized in a hierarchy specified at Dataset, Project, Folder, or Organization levels. So not at the user level. 

After you purchase reserved slot capacity, you can assign a pool of slots to any project or folder within the organization, or assign slots to the entire Organization resource. Projects inherit slot reservations from their parent folder or Organization. [Documentation] You can also read more about Slots here.
