I want to do a live call transcription of a streaming audio. Is it possible in CCAI Agent assist?

It is indeed possible through CCAI Transcription. 

CCAI Transcription allows you to convert your streaming audio data to transcripted text in real time.

You can also use transcripted streaming audio with CCAI Insights to gather real-time data about agent conversations

Consider exploring the Extended Streaming document as well, it has useful  insights when you are using Dialogflow to stream audio data.
