Can not create Looker (Google Cloud core) instance

I have been trying to create a Looker (Google Cloud core) instance, but under the edition section, it showed the message 'you do not have quota available for this option.' Could you please help us resolve this issue?

I am currently using a Free Trial account—could this be the reason I am unable to create the instance?
