Data movement from onprem to gcs

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone help me the best way to copy data from onprem linux machine to gcs bucket , I wanted to copy PII data as per the gdpr guidelines , what I have already. Hashicorp vault enterprises and access to Google KMS from the on prem machine using proxy for internet gateway, can anyone suggest how I can copy the data using kms and hashicorp vailt to store encryption keys ,  pls help here I am sure many people in different organisation doing this already as per the best security practices .
