Dataproc Metastore is not coming up and shows as creating for more than an hour now

Dataproc Metatsore is not coming up.

It has been more than 40 mins, can't kill the service as it is in creating phase.

Nothing in the logs as well

Hi!

As the documentation, says, creating a Dataproc Metastore service can take more than 20 minutes. I understand that one hour seems pretty much and you could be facing some odd behavior, but keep in mind that this could also be a transient issue. Do you have this issue now? And, is this the first time you create a Dataproc Metastore service?

I tried all day today to create a metastore dataproc without success, all when they pass an hour are automatically deleted. No error appears, I just can't create. Dataproc Metastore API is enabled, IAM adm permission is granted, can anyone help me?
