Does user_pseudo_id remain constant across different Google Analytics tables

I am using 4 different Google Analytics for analysis, I am looking how a specific user has travelled through all these GAs. Can I use the user_ pseudo _id to achieve this if it remains constant across different GAs. 

QUESTION I want figure out is that: is GA1.user_ pseudo _id = GA2.user_ pseudo _id = GA3.user_ pseudo _id = GA4.user_ pseudo _id? for a single user.
